As we are based in resort we can give you our top tips about which restaurants to eat at and can arrange bookings for you.

Activity planning

As our activities pages demonstrate there are many activities to experience in Serre Chevalier. We can give you information on how to take part in these activities and can arrange bookings and reservations for you both before your holiday and also while you are in resort.

Away days

Serre Chevalier is part of the “Grande Galaxie” network of ski resorts which means that a 6+ day lift pass not only covers the entire Serre Chevalier ski area but also covers you for a day in each of Les Deux Alpes, Alpe D’Huez, Montgenèvre, Sestrière and Puy-St-Vincent. We can organise day trips to these resorts. For those of you that want to push the limits even further, Serre Chevalier is only 30km from La Grave - known to be one of the most extreme ski terrains in the Alps. We can organise day trips to La Grave.

Baby concierge

We know that going on holiday with the kids means that you will need lots of extra bits and pieces, but we can make your holiday easier as we have a lot of these items available for use in resort. We can provide the following (either free or for a small charge):

  • travel cots
  • plastic bowls and cutlery
  • high chairs
  • booster seats
  • stair gate
  • bottle sterilizer

If there is anything else you need that is not on this list, please let us know and we will do our best to provide you with the items you require.

We also offer a shopping service (see below) so you can buy bulky or heavy items such as nappies and baby food in resort.

Shopping Service

We offer an in resort shopping service. We can take you to the local big supermarket in Briançon and you can do your shop for the week and pay £10 for the transport OR send us your shopping list and we will deliver your shopping to your accommodation and you pay the amount shown on the receipt (in cash) plus a £20 delivery charge.

Internet access

A number of our properties offer inter net access either by WiFi or broadband cable. Where your accommodation does not include such internet access you can still access the internet using a mobile internet key or “dongle”. We have a number of these available for use during your holiday. We require a refundable deposit of 20EUR for the dongle. You can then load up the dongle with credit as you require.

Corporate hospitality

Serre Chevalier provides a fabulous location for corporate group events such as weekend retreats. As you can see from our activities pages, Serre Chevalier offers something for everyone even if you don’t ski, with a number of activities ideal as team building exercises. In addition, there are numerous restaurants and bars to relax in and discuss the day’s activities, for example, an evening skidoo ride up to dinner in a mountain restaurant or wine tasting in a local bar. We are in resort to help you plan your tailor-made corporate event and make sure it runs smoothly while you are in resort.
