How to book

It’s quick and easy to plan your bespoke holiday with Chez Serre Chevalier. The first thing to do is to complete our quick enqiry form and we'll send you your tailor made holiday options.

Below are full details of our holiday booking process. If you need more information or advice at any stage please email or call us and we will be pleased to help.

1. Pick your accommodation


 


We have more properties available than are shown on the website, so if you don’t find what you need, please contact us and we will try to find the perfect accommodation for you.

If you don't have time to look through the accommodation options, just complete the quick enqiry form and we'll send you details of suitable properties which are available for your chosen dates.

2. Contact us to confirm your accommodation


 
Fill in our enquiry form and we will send you your personal holiday options. Alternatively, feel free to email or call us to check availability for your accommodation. We update our website regularly with the availability of accommodation but please do double check availability with us before you book your travel. We will confirm availability as quickly as possible, and will then be able to reserve the accommodation for you for 48 hours. We will then ask you to confirm your booking by paying a deposit (amount varies by property). The deposit can be paid by bank transfer, credit card or PayPal (a transaction fee applies to credit cards and PayPal).

3. Book your travel


 
Our packages do not include transport to France as we have found that it is more economical for our customers to book their own international transport. For information on air and rail travel options see our

4. Build your bespoke package


 


Once you have booked your accommodation, you can add extra options to your bespoke package at any time that is convenient to you. Options you may wish to consider are listed below. We are very happy to advise on the options best for you at any time and if you don’t see a service you need, please just let us know and we will try to help.

Resort transfers
Transfers are available from Grenoble, Turin, Lyon and Chambéry airports.

Food & drink

Including full dinner service, food delivery and our shopping service.

Lift passes
Lift passes are available for both the winter and summer seasons.

Lessons and guiding
We can arrange ski and snowboard lessons and instruction and guiding for summer activities. During school holidays demand for ski and snowboard lessons is particularly high, and we recommend booking.

Equipment hire
To save time in resort we recommend booking equipment in advance; this also ensures the shops we work with have exactly the kit you need. We can organise both ski and snowboard hire and rental of summer mountain equipment.

Other services
We also offer après ski activities, away days to neighbouring resorts, baby concierge services, and more. Please contact us to discuss your requirements. We are ready and waiting to organise anything you need to ensure you have the perfect holiday in Serre Chevalier.

5. Settle the balance for your holiday


 
The full balance of your holiday will be required at least eight weeks before your date of departure or on booking if there are less than eight weeks before your holiday. The balance can be paid by bank transfer, credit card or PayPal (a transaction fee applies to credit cards and PayPal).

6. Insurance and documents

7. Pack your bags and get ready for a fantastic holiday!
